 How it Works

  1. Contact us to request a free consultation & assessment to help you determine the best possible solution for your program (optional)

  2. Choose the containers, materials (to be recycled), and pick-up schedule that meet your business's needs; and complete our standard service agreement

  3. Our drivers deliver the containers to your site

  4. You fill them up

  5. Our drivers collect all containers during each regularly scheduled pick-up and replace them with clean, empty ones

  6. We communicate with you about your program throughout its duration: how's your program performing? Are you happy with the containers you chose? Do we need to increase/decrease the pick-up frequency? Would you like another staff orientation? More signage? What can we do to make your experience better?

  7. Standard invoices are issued monthly electronically or by mail and can be paid via credit or check.

  8. Standard audit reports are issued yearly, unless otherwise arranged
